I didn't know that I already knew about "The Breakdown" until I watched an old school episode of Soul Train earlier. Learned a new dance called The Breakdown. Listened to Rufus Thomas's "The Breakdown Chillin"... N.W.A. sampled this... yeah you already knew. I'm late because I don't dig in them crates, I'll leave that to the experts... However, thanks to technology my crates are virtually digital. Look closely, you might catch me and my afro puff somewhere in this Soul Train episode. Peace, Love, and Soul y'all.
